CAT students want to enter the nation’s top B-schools. Once the scores are released and the offers begin to roll in, the real work of deciding on the best B-school begins for the applicants. Management degrees used to be synonymous with IIMs, but now there are many B-schools with great programs, the latest curriculum, and strong networks. This gives students too many options.
When choosing a B-school, students should consider placement records, profiles offered, rankings, curriculum, and faculty. However, placement and ranking are important indicators of a B-school’s or any educational institution’s excellence. The right institute makes the students’ career path easier.
Jaipuria Institute of Management in Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur, and Indore is one of these B schools. Here’s How:
Placements that elevate students’ careers
Students first think about placements when choosing an MBA course or institute. B Schools placements are a great way for students to start their careers and stay ahead of the competition.
“With a network of over 375 recruiters, Jaipuria’s primary objective is to assist students in getting the right profile in the right company at the right time. Our ongoing placements indicate this, we have seen an unprecedented growth of 25% in the average package. The same is witnessed in summer internships as well. There is a sharp increase of 100% in the highest stipend offered so far” says Amit Attry, Vice President, Corporate Relations at Jaipuria Institute of Management.
Early indications from the current placement season reveal that it might not only outdo the previous record but will also cap it off nicely with a few incredible milestones this year.
“The current trend shows that many evolving new age profiles like analytics, mortgage banking, portfolio management, digital and social media marketing, procurement advisory, data analytics, risk advisory, L&D, spend analytics, and more are the talk of the campus. This was possible because of the futuristic approach with innovative pedagogy consisting of workshop mode courses and new-age curriculum to meet the challenging industry demand”, says Sushmita Dey of PGDM, class 2021-23, who recently got placed as a Mortgage Banking Analyst at Berkadia.
Top recruiters include Accenture, Ceipal Corporation, Berkadia, Pwc, TVS Motors, Darwin Box, Intellect Design, Pernod Ricard, Asian Paints, Bajaj Housing, Mahindra Finance, Reliance Mobility, Deloitte, Dabur, Colgate Palmolive, Polycab, MRF, ICICI Bank, HUL, HDFC Bank, Tech Mahindra, Tata Technologies and many more. Jaipuria Noida stands at 51st, Jaipuria Lucknow at 78th, Jaipuria Jaipur 81st, and Jaipuria Indore is placed in rank band 102-125. Also, one thing that strikes apart Jaipuria Noida from several other B Schools is that it has been ranked above 4 IIMs in the overall ranking.
This also serves as a validation of the quality and nurturing involved in building Jaipuria as a seat of a learner-centric education. The strong Graduate Outcome score also indicates management professionals’ and industries sustained faith in the Jaipuria Institute of Management’s education.
NIRF is a system adopted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India to rank institutions of higher education in India according to yearly performance. In the ranking for the year 2022, over 6000 institutes across categories participated to prove their mettle.
