It gives me immense pleasure to know that Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur in association with Regenesys School of Business, Johannesberg, South Africa, NHRDN, Jaipur chapter, and National Entrepreneurship Network is organizing third National conference on the theme Youth 2025 on 12-13 February 2016. It is a matter of great satisfaction that Jaipuria-Jaipur has picked up the theme of youth and started deliberating on its various dimensions continuously three years in a row. It is timely and much needed that educational institute like ours champions the cause of youth and take concrete action towards employability and leadership development.
The theme selected for this conference is “Skilling Young India for Global Leadership”, which is only befitting in the current milieu of Indian upbeat atmosphere. The theme of the conference is very appropriate and in line with the changing global demography. We have the assets in the form of the youngest workforce in the world. We need to work continuously on the question, “how to skill young India and how skilling India would be game changer on the global platform”. We need to move from our status of developing nation to that of a developed one. This is possible only when our young human resource, i.e. our youth is skilled enough to take responsibilities and take our country to the next level.
I congratulate the Director, Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, faculty, and staff of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur for organizing this conference. My appreciation and good wishes for our fine young students for their endeavours and successes in life and career.
