Paridhi Bathwal of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Class of 2015, is a woman who believes in creating her own destiny. She gives 100% to every job she undertakes and thus creates paths for her own future. “So far”, she says, “I wanted a company to do my Summer Internship Project, but after the SIP, the company should want me because of my work.” Pursing her PGDM from Jaipuria, Paridhi has demonstrated her confidence and will to succeed in her SIP with HCL Infosystems Ltd. A commerce graduate from Kolkata, Jaipuria was a natural choice for Paridhi since she wanted to grow in the field of management.
