Aditi Sharma’s decision to join Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore was based on its reputation as a leading business school in India. Now in her second year, she has chosen a dual specialisation in HR and Finance, with an eye to join HR after completion.
Aditi has enjoyed being on the campus, which she feels is “alive with activities and the hustle-bustle of an academic curriculum”. She is actively involved with the National Entrepreneurship Network and also operating an evening school in Dakachaya village.
But it is her classroom learning that has really inspired Aditi, with the classes of Professor Dheeraj Mishra and Professor Priti Bakshi encouraging her to take up finance along with HR. The teaching methodology has made her understand real-life scenarios and her capabilities within those contexts.
With regular mock interviews, GD sessions and aptitude tests, Aditi feels well prepared to face the eventual job hunt. Her internship placement at JUSCO Ltd. in Jamshedpur has helped her develop a deeper understanding of HR deliverables. And with this confidence, Aditi is eager to re-enter the world of working professionals!
