MDP on “Enhancing HR Skills for Leading & Managing Projects”
Jaipuria Jaipur Campus hosted a 10 days’ tailor made MDP for HR & Liasoning Officers from Bhutan
Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur organized a Management Development Program (MDP) on “Enhancing HR Skills for Leading & Managing Projects”. This 10 days’ MDP was meant for participants from Bhutan – HR & Liaisoning officers from 16th – 27th May, 2016. The event was inaugurated by Prof. Prashant Gupta along with Dr. Nidhi Vashishth, Head – MDP, Training & Consultancy of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur and was dotted with insightful sessions presented by Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, Dr. Anvay Bhargava, Dr. Sheenu Jain and Dr. Prashant Gupta of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur.
The MDP deliberated on riveting topics like “HR Issues & Challenges which can crop up during Project Management”, “Recruitment & Selections”, “HR in India”, “Personal Effectiveness & Improvement in Communications”, to name a few. The 10 days’ learning session grew even more meaningful with the participants visiting Kagzi Industries, Sanganer for an industrial visit where they were explained the Manufacturing process of Handmade Papers and its products. Day 8 again had participants visiting Jaipur Rugs, a well-known philanthropic internationally acclaimed carpet export company. Overall, the 10 days’ MDP was customised in a way that participants get a holistic understanding of the HR domain and get to learn from a diverse pool of academicians and experiences.
