The Fellow Program in Management (FPM) is a AICTE approved doctoral-level program designed to develop scholars and researchers in management and related disciplines.
Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) offers research opportunities in areas such as Marketing, Finance and Economics, Human Resource, Operations Management, Business Analytics, and Business Strategy.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with with FIRST CLASS in the area of Engineering and Technology, Management, Economics, Social Science or Commerce or equivalent CGPA. Final-year postgraduate students may also apply as per admission guidelines.
Candidates must apply online in the prescribed format with the required fee and submit a 500–1000-word research proposal. The final selection is based on: JFPMAT (25%), Academic Achievements (15%), Prior Research/Work Experience (10%), and Research Proposal & Interview (50%).
The selection process includes entrance exam score evaluation, research proposal review, and a personal interview before the selection panel.
Yes. FPM is a doctoral level program equivalent to a Ph.D. and prepares candidates for academic, research, and consulting careers.
Yes. Selected full-time scholars may receive a fellowship/stipend as per institute norms, subject to performance and guidelines.
