Dr. Vivek Mishra, presently the Assistant Professor for HR&OB Area of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Before arriving at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Dr. Mishra completed his PhD from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in Human Resource Management Area. From an industry perspective Dr. Mishra has worked as Marine Engineer for about 9 years with as Japanese shipping company, named Mitsui O.S.K. lines, Tokyo, Japan. There is he worked with a multinational team, leading the technical operation for the foreign going vessels. Dr. Mishra has written a few research papers in journals of repute. His research area is unethical behaviour in the organization.
