Dr. Shivani Bali is an academician, trainer, researcher, and consultant with more than 17 years of experience in the field of Operations Management and Business Analytics. She is working as a Professor at India's best MBA College in Noida named Jaipuria Institute of Management in Uttar Pradesh.

Her areas of interest are Business Analytics and Data Science, Operations & Supply Chain Analytics.

Her research papers are extensively published in reputed refereed journals like International Journal of System Assurance Engineering Management (Springer), International Journal of Advanced Operations Management (Inderscience), Memetic Computing Journal (Springer, SCIE, Web of Science), International Journal of Reliability, Quality and Safety Engineering (World Scientific, ESCI, Web of Science) to name a few.

She has also published patents in her name, they are “Smart Dustbin- Sanitation & Solid-Liquid Waste Management (Patent No.: 202011000793)”, “IoT Based Water Flow Regulator and Distributor for Auto Controlled Irrigation (Patent No.: 202011043364)” and “Blockchain-based Drug Traceability System for Pharmaceutical Supply Chain (Patent No.: 202011054439)”.

She has worked on consulting assignments & imparted training programs in Organizations like Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Center, India Mart, RITES, Registrar General of India, Indraprastha Gas Limited, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS, Delhi), National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR, Chandigarh), National Statistical Systems Training Academy (NSSTA), Ministry of Statistics and many more.
