Dr. Puneet Kaur (DSc) is currently working as a Distinguished Professor, at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow since 20th December 2022 and also working as an Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Psychosocial Science, University of Bergen, Norway. FDP Session:
FDP on Methods and Paper Development by Dr. Amandeep Dhir & Dr. Puneet Kaur from 6-8th January 2023. The session commenced in an online mode and was taken by Prof. Puneet Kaur on the topic ‘Contemporary Topics in Business Management’. She started the session by giving a brief introduction about herself. She gave a brief description on the quite quitting of the researchers based on situational research issues. She also talked about the outcomes of the quite quitting and how organizations can deal with the growing issues of the quite quitting. Prof. Kaur covered the topics; SDG washing, social washing and cyber loafing. Further she concluded the session by giving a brief explanation on future research possibilities.
