Dr. Pratibha Wasan had a rich experience in industry and academia of over 17 years. She was awarded ‘Excellence in Performance’ while working with HCL Infosystems. She has authored several research papers with national and international journals and has been writing business cases published with internationally reputed publishers like Richard Ivey.

Currently, she is an associate professor, finance at Jaipuria Management Institute in Noida, which is one of the top management colleges in Delhi NCR.

Her research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, cost accounting, financial reporting, and valuations for Mergers & Acquisitions. She has been delivering sessions in various management development programmes organized for companies like STC-Delhi, PMI, NTPC, IREDEA, TCIL, etc.
