Dr. Pratibha Wasan had a rich experience of industry and academia of over twelve years. She was awarded with ‘Excellence in Performance’ while working with HCL Info systems. She has authored several research papers with national and international journals and has been writing business cases published with internationally reputed publishers like Richard Ivey.
Her research interests is in the areas of corporate finance, cost accounting, financial reporting and valuations for Mergers & Acquisitions. She has been delivering sessions in various management development programmes organized for companies like, STC-Delhi, PMI, NTPC, IREDEA, TCIL etc.
Currently she is associate professor, finance at Jaipuria Noida.
