Atul Shiva

Dr. Atul Shiva is presently working as Assistant Professor of Management in Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He did his PhD on social media and investor behavior in the domain of Behavioural Finance from Punjabi University, Patiala. His area of specialization is Behavioural Finance and Business Analytics and has teaching experience of 18 years. He is a certified trainer in SmartPLS Software from Northern Institute of Technology, Technical University of Hamburg (TUHH), Germany. His leading Scopus publications are in National and International Journals like Marketing Intelligence and Planning, Benchmarking: An International Journal, Journal of Financial Services Marketing, Qualitative Research in Financial Markets, Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management, Journal of Management Development and many others are in process of publication.

He has conducted research methodology workshops on PLS – SEM in SmartPLS Software in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjabi University, Patiala, Amity University (Noida, Chhattisgarh, Kolkatta and Gwalior Campus), University of Jammu, University of Burdwan, Kolkatta, Kurukshetra University, Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, IMS Ghaziabad and many other reputed institutions of India. All these workshops were duly sponsored by the developers of SmartPLS from Germany. Presently, more than 85 national and international webinars on SmartPLS SEM were conducted in online mode on Blackboard, Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms across India, Dubai, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Thailand and Philippines.

He acted as guest editor of Journal of Content, Community and Community of Amity University, Gwalior for the year 2020 (June and December Issue). The journal is indexed in Scopus. For the June 2023 issue, he is assigned as guest editor for the same journal.

Upendra Nath Shukla

Dr. Upendra Nath Shukla Holds PhD in Insurance, Masters in Finance & Marketing and is UGC-NET/SLET qualified. Having accumulated over 20 years of experience, Dr. Shukla has successfully navigated both academia and industry. Throughout his career, he has held various senior managerial positions in reputable organizations, demonstrating his ability to assume diverse responsibilities. These roles have encompassed branch operations, audit, Financial services and risk management. He has been the Principal Investigator of the research project of IRDAI, GOI and Co-PI for another research project on Ayushman Bharat, by State Agency for Comprehensive Health and Integrated Services (SACHIS). Ashutosh Pandey

Prof. Ashutosh Pandey is an experienced academician and researcher with a strong Economics and Public Policy Analysis background. He has submitted his PhD in Economics in Fiscal Policy area at the University of Lucknow. He has over eight years of experience in teaching, research, training, and industry. Prof. Pandey is a gold medalist in Economics both at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels.  He has also qualified UGC-NET in Economics.

As a researcher, Prof. Pandey has made significant contributions to the field of Economics. His research paper on the effectiveness of government policies in controlling COVID-19 in India was included in the World Health Organisation’s database of impactful research. He has also published papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC database and presented his research at several international and national conferences. Varda Sardana

Varda Sardana is a dynamic and multifaceted individual who dons multiple hats. A graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and post graduate from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, Varda is pursuing her Ph.D. from the University of Delhi, specializing in the field of finance and banking.

After a five-year service as an Assistant Professor at Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, Varda is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. Passionate about teaching, Varda is not only dedicated to her role as an educator but has also contributed significantly to academic research. Her research articles have been published in ABDC listed and Scopus indexed journals. She has also presented her papers at national and international conferences such as at IIM Indore, Kyung Hee University (Seoul, South Korea), Nepal Rashtra Bank (Kathmandu, Nepal) to name a few.

On the social front, she has served at various leadership positions at Rotaract, the youth wing of Rotary International, and is the former head of Rotaract Delhi-NCR district. Her passion for humanitarian causes led her to mobilize the youth and initiate district-wide projects on various issues such as hair donation for cancer patients, literacy for the underprivileged kids, skill development for women, and extensive efforts for COVID-19 relief during the second wave of the pandemic. Her six years of relentless contributions to community service and youth development made her the recipient of the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship by Rotary International as well as accolades from Rotaract South Asia and Rotary District Governors.

Additionally, she has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by founding ‘Mini Delights’, a bootstrapped startup that offers personalized gifting solutions.

Outside of her professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, Varda is a two times TEDx Speaker and an avid reader, particularly fond of fiction. Over the past six years, she has delivered motivational sessions, leveraging her experiences and insights to inspire others. Drawing from her rich experiences in the education sector, non-profit organizations, and leadership roles, she takes great pleasure in engaging in on-the-ground interactions with diverse communities.

Ramzan Sama

Dr. Sama is Ph.D & UGC-NET qualified. He has over 14+ years of experience in teaching and research in eminent management institutes of India. Prior to joining Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, he has worked with prestigious university as Marketing faculty such as, School of Business Management, SVKM’S Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Indore, India. He was faculty in-charge of Marketing learning club “Brandwiser”.

Dr. Sama has authored multiple publications in international and national journals (ABDC & Scopus indexed), magazines, book chapters and case study collections. Arkajyoti De

Dr. Arkajyoti De is working as an Assistant Professor in the Operations area at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. He has submitted his Ph. D. thesis titled ‘Agri-pricing supply chain: Select Issues’ to the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He earned his M.Tech. degree from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur in 2017. He has previously worked for the Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics. His areas of interest are Operations Research, Operations Management, Agri-supply chain, Global logistics, and Outsourcing in the supply chain. His work has published multiple research papers in the leading international journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, The International Journal of Logistics Management, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, and Applied Soft Computing.

Dr. Jeeta Sarkar is an Assistant Professor (Human resources and Organizational Behaviour) in Jaipuria Institute of Management, NOIDA, India. She has more than eight years of experience in both academics and corporate HR including five years as Visiting Faculty Member in HR& OB at XIMB, Bhubaneswar and IMS Unison University, Dehradun, India.
