Biography

Dr. Masood H Siddiqui is a Ph.D. in Statistics and also a CSIR-UGC Fellow Scholar. His overall experience spans over twenty years. Currently, He is working as Professor in the area of Decision Sciences at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow for the last eleven years. He is Associate Dean (Research & Publications) and Chairperson-Centre for Learning Innovations & Case Development at Jaipuria Lucknow, which is one of the top-ranked business schools in Lucknow. Previously, he was associated with Lucknow Christian PG College, Lucknow and Visiting Faculty to Dept. of Business Administration and IMS, University of Lucknow for a period of six years. He was Academic Counselor to Management Programme, at IGNOU. He also has administrative experience of three years with the Government of U.P. as a Class I Gazetted Officer.

He has been a Member of the Board of Studies, Dept. of Statistics & Operations Research, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), and School of Management, BBD University, Lucknow for the last four years.

He has research publications in various refereed international and national journals like Journal of Targeting, Measurement, and Analysis of Marketing; Vikalpa: The Journal for Decision Makers; International Journal of E-Business Research; International Business Research, AIMS International Journal of Management; International Journal of Business Science and Applied Management; Metamorphosis: A Journal of Management Research; ASCI Journal of Management, AIMA Journal of Management & Research, etc.

He has seventeen Conference Presentations and Publications. His research paper was awarded Best Research Paper’ at the 8th ISDSI Conference-2015.

He has also co-authored the book “Statistics for Management” (ISBN: 978-81-317-7450-2: Pearson Publications).

He is also the reviewer of various journals like Tourism Management (Elsevier Journal), Tourism Review, International Journal of E-Business Research, AIMS International Journal of Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Research Journal, etc.

He is on the editorial advisory board of the Journal of Research Innovation & Management Science. He is a prolific resource-person for FDPs on Research Methodology and Advanced Multivariate Data Analysis using SPSS and had conducted more than sixty sessions. He has guided three Ph. D. thesis so far.
