Dr. Abdul Qadir is an academician, trainer, and consultant, carrying an overall 20 plus years of rich experience in the domain of HR & OB. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Management Institute, Noida, which is the best business school in Noida and Delhi NCR. As an expert of HR gamut, he has worked across Manufacturing, Retail & ITES/BPO industries in various HR roles coupled with two overseas assignments with the world’s prominent retail chains in Bahrain & Dubai. On his academic front, he is an MBA (HR) and UGC (NET) certified. He holds his Ph.D. in HRIS from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (Rajasthan).

His interests lie in the domain of Strategic HRM, HRIS, Comp. & Ben., HR Analytics and Psychometrics. To his MDP/Training endeavors, he has conducted numerous sessions on topics like; Conflict Management, Personality Mapping, Team Work Competency, Interpersonal Relations, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership Skills & Team Building and Time Management for organizations like; NTPC, IFFCO, NDDB, KRIBHCO, Tata Chemicals, NFL, Coromandel, TCIL and Bhutan Officials. He also has undertaken consultancy assignment “Review and Revision of HR Recruitment & Promotion Policy and Organisation Restructuring” of Bharat Immunologicals & Biologicals Corporation Limited (BIBCOL), Bulandshahr (UP), A GOI undertaking under Dept. of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology.

He has published research papers and cases in reputed journals on topics like; SHRM, HRIS, PMS, Conflict, Feedback, Entrepreneurship and has participated in several international and national conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes. He has been conferred with “Global Faculty Award – 2020” for special contribution in the field of management education by AKS Education, Gurugram (India). He has also been conferred with two back to back “BIMTECH-Stough Young Scholars Award” at ICMC 2015 and 2016, organized by BIMTECH, Greater Noida & George Mason University, Arlington, VA (USA) for his cases SEDAR Saga and Al-Chef, Foodies Delight…!, On the personal front, he is a poet of Urdu and an avid Cricket lover.
