Prof. Naidu on why Jaipuria Institute of Management treats students as adults with their own unique thinking process

Prof. Aditi Naidu, who teaches Marketing at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore holds a Masters in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. Prof. Naidu shifted to academics about seven years ago, away from a hardcore client servicing profile in the advertising industry.

“Teaching at a postgraduate level is very different; students appreciate being treated as adults with their own unique thinking process. My experiences in teaching tell me that if students are allowed to learn through experience – as through a project or research – they enjoy it more and learn better. At a PG level, students have to be highly engaged in the process of learning.”
