The placement interview revolved around my SIP experience and my confident answers proved that I am ready for the industry,” she declares.
Focused placement training
Jyoti believes that her knowledge of management concepts, industrial insights, and attributes like confidence and patience helped her ace the placement interview. But it would not have been possible without the focused pre-placement training at the institute. “The group discussion and mock interview sessions prepared us for what was to come. The placement cell helped us with aptitude classes. There were motivational sessions that inspired us to give our best,” she explains.
