I am Nikita Srivastava from Allahabad and I graduated from Meerut. I completed my engineering degree but realized that practical knowledge and in-depth analysis of applied skills is crucial in the corporate world. The orientation program at Jaipuria, Lucknow was a lot about introspection and self-exposure. Listening to these outstanding personalities motivated us and taught us to focus on mind rather than time. I figured that it’s important to learn as much as possible because the end result matters.

One of the important things that I have learned so far is that you can’t be afraid of change. Holding on to something that is good is fine, but it might stand in the way of something better. I have always been a seeker and I am looking at my time at the institute as a journey.
