MEET THE MENTORS

  • Holds over 27 years of experience, having served in various leadership positions in IIM, LBSIM and ISM among others. He has designed and delivered many programs at IIMs, NITs, Preston, Sharjah American University, to name a few. His research interests include business communication, negotiation, problem solving, assertiveness and leadership development. Dr. Rizvi is a corporate trainer and coach par excellence. He has published 11 books and papers in leading journals. He has also served as a consultant to many government departments including the Ministry of Home, GOI.

  • Holds Ph.D. in Information System and Masters Degree in Mathematics and has more than 20 years of rich and varied experience in academics as well as in administration. Has more than 15 national and international research papers and publications to his credit. Is a fellow of NIXI and DiploFoundation for Internet Governance. His forte includes conducting MDPs on Leadership, Analytics and Organizational Efficiency.

  • Holds Ph.D. in Information System and Masters Degree in Mathematics and has more than 20 years of rich and varied experience in academics as well as in administration.     Dr. Harshvardhan Halve

  • Professor (Marketing) and Dean (Academics) at Jaipuria Lucknow. Brings a teaching experience of more than two decades with 4 years at University of Queensland, Australia. Specializes in consumer behaviour, strategic marketing and high-tech marketing. She has keen research interest in hightech marketing and start-up ventures. Presently one of the lead investigators in a consulting project on Ease of Doing Business in U P for the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Has an extensive training experience and has been engaged with organizations such as LIC; SBI, Bank of Baroda, Punjab National Bank, Vijaya Bank and Indian Postal Services. Specialises in training programs on Managing Customer Loyalty Matrix, Employee Satisfaction and Effective Listening to the customer for top-line improvement.

  • Senior Professor in the area of Operations. Areas of research interest, include: Production & Operation Management; Supply Chain & Logistics Management; Materials & Inventory Mgmt; Management of Service Operations; Project Management. Prof. Kumar is an expert in Training & Consulting in areas of Operation and General Management. Has conducted MDPs for organizations such as: BPCL, ONGC, HFC, IFFCO, NFL, NFL, SAIL, Coal India, NTPC , NHPC, TCI, EPIL, HHEC, NIESBUS, Pawanhans, Holland Tractors and several
    others.

  • Senior Professor with 40 years of teaching experience in top universities in India and abroad including IIM Ahmedabad, USA, Nigeria, Canada, Malaysia. Been a corporate trainer and consultant par excellence, he is associated with UNESCO,UNFPA, Arab State Broadcasting Union, Asia Pacific Institute of Broadcasting, Malaysia, Tribhuwan University, Nepal.

    Prof. Mirza S. Saiyadain

  • Ph.D. in Training and Development and Masters of HRM (Gold Medalist). Brings a rich experience in vast domain of Human Resource Management, Training and Development. Currently is a HR Mentor for SME organizations based out of Rajasthan. Active consultant for behavioral training programs and HR and OD Interventions for corporate sector. Empaneled as Associate Consultant with T.V. Rao Learning Systems for Interventions based upon Leadership Development and Assessment Center.

    Dr. Nidhi Vashishth

  • Post graduate in Economics and a Ph.D. in applied economics with a rich experience of 23 years, in the Universities and B-Schools in India and abroad. Has published 4 books and 30 plus research papers. Has been honoured with Bharat Vidya Shiromani Award and Certificate of Education Excellence for outstanding achievements and remarkable role in the field of education by Indian Solidarity Council, New Delhi, India.

    Dr. Prabhat Pankaj

  • Brings over 22 years of experience in industry and academia. Has been teaching PGDM and Executive programs at leading institutions in India and overseas in Europe, Australia and the Middle-east. He has been actively involved in research and publications. He is a Ph.D. and Post-Graduate in Economics and MBA from IIT-Delhi. His teaching and research areas are Strategic Management and International Business. Currently helms Jaipuria Noida as Director.

    Dr. Rajiv R Thakur

  • Possesses over 30 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Textile, Paper, Yarns, Education Industry as Chief People Officer, Head HR, Head HR Initiatives in ONGC, Trident Limited, Nirma University. Served as consultant with top global consultants – E&Y, Hay, Hewitt, Mercer, Thomas, Grow Talent, TVRLS etc. Trained at – Advanced Management Program – IIM, Bangalore and Global Managers Program – IIM, Kolkata. He is a regular visiting faculty at MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, IMI New Delhi. Conducted over hundred programs on Business and Social Graces, soft skills, etc. Awarded Prime Minister’s Gold Medal & is a author of several published articles/research papers (IT & ITES Sectors).
