Our Goals & ValuesManagement being an experiential discipline as opposed to experimental, Jaipuria believes "learning by doing" is one of the best means of internalization of various management concepts. The goal is to develop action - oriented mindsets in our students. Hence, continuous emphasis is on the need of trying out ideas or concepts in real situations. In other words, we do not see ourselves as routine producers of MBAs, but as shapers of managerial minds.
