A BALANCING ACT BETWEEN DEMAND AND SUPPLY.
IDP as a training action tool works to bridge the gap between student skills and industry demands. Analysing first the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for each student, the mentor and trainer, together with the student,
plan out how to address these issues in the year that we have in hand. The IDP helps the student clarify the career goals at the outset, so the aspirations become realistic and the student can then be trained accordingly for that.
“This innovative tool has already been creating a good impact.”

From Ghazipur to LG Electronics
Amritanshu was an average student from Ghazipur in UP. His dream was to end up in a sales role in the FMCG or Real Estate sector. During his first IDP he was assessed to have problems with his communication skills. He had everything going for him except the ability to put his ideas across. Based on the feedback in IDP his mentors coached him intensively on various aspects of personal interviews, especially to keep the discussion focused on his strengths. His receptive nature enabled him to learn fast.
The result of this effort was a placement with LG Electronics in a role that was made for him.
